Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications.
Coordinate new hire onboarding, including preparing necessary documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
Manage HR-related inquiries from employees and provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and company events.
Handle employee attendance, leave records, and payroll-related documentation.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed consistently across the organization.
