Account Executive

Accounting Operations: Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

Invoicing & Billing: Prepare and process invoices, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping.

Reconciliation: Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.

Tax Compliance: Assist in preparing tax returns and ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

Financial Reporting: Generate financial statements, profit and loss reports, and balance sheets for management review.

Budget Management: Support budgeting and forecasting activities to optimize financial performance.

Audit Support: Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth auditing processes.

Vendor Management: Maintain and manage relationships with vendors, ensuring timely settlements and resolving payment issues.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial documentation and records in compliance with company policies.
