Enter and maintain financial transactions in Tally software, including sales, purchases, payments, and receipts.
Prepare and reconcile accounts, ledgers, and statements.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Generate GST reports, tax invoices, and other statutory compliance documents.
Monitor cash flows and prepare bank reconciliation statements.
Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
Handle inventory management and stock updates in Tally.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Key responsibilities:

Proficiency in Tally ERP or Tally Prime is mandatory.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations (GST, TDS, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
