Email Campaign Creation & Management:
Assist in developing and executing email marketing campaigns to generate leads and engage prospects.
Create compelling email content, segment audiences, and implement A/B tests to improve campaign performance.
Monitor and report on email campaign metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
Lead Generation & Qualification:
Support lead generation efforts through targeted email outreach and online marketing strategies.
Use platforms like LinkedIn, CRM tools, and other databases to identify and qualify new leads.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up.
Customer Segmentation & Engagement:
Segment email lists based on customer behavior and demographic data to ensure personalized communication.
Assist in creating automated email workflows for nurturing leads through the sales funnel.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Track and analyze key metrics for all email campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

Key responsibilities:
3 months to 1 year of experience in email marketing and lead generation (internship or full-time role).
Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools.
Basic understanding of customer segmentation, email automation, and digital marketing best practices.
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) is a plus.
Enthusiastic, data-driven, and eager to learn new tools and strategies.
