1. Data Collection & Management • Gather and organize data from various sources such as government/industry/ or any other relevant sector reports, industry publications, surveys, and internal databases. • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity. • Maintain and update databases related to skill development and industry workforce trends.
2. Data Analysis & Insights • Perform statistical analysis and data visualization to identify patterns and trends. • Develop reports and dashboards using tools such as Excel(advance), SQL, Power BI, or Tableau. • Provide insights to improve training programs, workforce planning, and industry policies.
3. Reporting & Documentation • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and policymakers. • Present findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical audiences.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration • Work closely with government bodies, industry associations, training institutes, and policymakers to support data-driven decision-making. • Assist in designing skill development strategies based on market demand and industry trends.
5. Continuous Improvement & Innovation • Stay updated with the latest trends in data analytics, capital goods industry advancements, and workforce development strategies. • Recommend improvements in data collection methodologies and reporting frameworks.

Key responsibilities:
Education: • Bachelor’s in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. • Preferably Bachelor’s in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics.
Technical Skills: • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, Power BI, or Tableau. • Knowledge of statistical and analytical techniques, including forecasting and trend analysis. • Experience with database management and querying.
Soft Skills: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and presentation abilities. • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders. • Detail-oriented with a structured approach to data analysis.
